Vendor Appointments

We’re always excited about the possibility of meaningful collaborations and have created a scheduling page exclusively for vendors. This allows everyone a fair chance to meet with us and discuss potential partnerships.

Vendors are encouraged to send their company profile, catalogs, or portfolio to mail@mamama.in. We’ll get in touch if there’s a requirement.

Please know that we strongly oppose being added to mailing lists without explicit consent. Any unsolicited subscriptions will be immediately unsubscribed, and the sender will be blocked from future emails.

However, if you’re keen on an in-person meeting, booking an appointment via the scheduling page is mandatory. The calendar link is provided below. Walk-ins are strictly not permitted.


 Terms

Here are a few terms & conditions for the purpose of this engagement. Scheduling an appointment with us means that you've read all conditions and agree to abide by them.

  1. Simply pick a time and day that works for you from the available slots and provide the necessary details. Meetings will be held at our studio for an in-person discussion.

  2. Each meeting is limited to 1 hour. If you arrive late, the remaining time within that hour will be your available slot. Meetings will be canceled if the vendor arrives more than 15 minutes late.

  3. Meetings are available only during the designated slots. We cannot accommodate rescheduling requests beyond these times.

  4. Meetings can be scheduled up to 72 hours prior to a slot, and you can book up to 60 days in advance.

  5. You have our full attention for an hour—feel free to showcase your products, deliver a presentation, or simply network. Our meeting room includes a 65" screen for presentations.

  6. The principal architects may or may not be available for the meeting. If they’re present and available, they’ll join. Appointments specifically with the principal architect are not possible.

  7. We appreciate the thought, but we do not entertain lunch & learn sessions.

  8. If you can’t make it to your scheduled appointment, you’ll need to choose a new slot from the calendar. Only the available slots can be booked.
